A few weeks ago, the XL Results Foundation members in South Africa spent 2 days learning with Success Coach, Dave Rogers – Asia’s leading entrepreneurship coach, a founding member & previous president of the Asia Professional Speakers Association, & one of the 2007 “Spirit of Enterprise” award winners.
Dave presented his “Continual Shift” Coaching Programme- a 2-day programme that not only gave us the opportunity to evaluate & collapse our limiting beliefs but also to learn more powerful techniques & tools to achieve our goals. What made this programme particularly valuable was that we not only learnt practical techniques to set & achieve our own goals, but we were being ‘trained’ how to coach others.

Dave has an incredibly ability to connect with his audience in a personal & direct way that I rarely experience. He has complete mastery over his presentation, is super prepared, & yet is able to incorporate impromptu changes & interaction without losing his track!
It was an honour & a privileged to learn from Dave & I look forward to working with him the the future once more!
